Application Process

Please review the application packet in its entirety.  If you are interested in enrolling your child, the following application process should be followed:

  • Complete the Application 
  • Complete an Educational Choice Scholarship Request Form if applicable
  • Carefully read, complete and sign the Tuition Contract
  • Have student carefully read and sign the Pledge for Middle School Students (where appropriate)
  • Submit a copy of the student’s Birth Certificate, Social Security Card and latest Report Card and any other required form

  • Check for Application Fee made payable to ACA

Application or Processing Fees

All New Students and Currently Enrolled Students

A fee of $100.00 must accompany each application.  The application fee is ONLY refundable if  the student is not accepted at Arlington Christian Academy. If the student is not accepted for admission, the fee will be refunded in full within two weeks.  We will not hold a slot for the student without the application fee.  This fee will be applied toward tuition if the student actually attends classes

Acceptance of Application Policy

Applications will be thoroughly reviewed upon receipt.  Those seeking admissions must adhere strictly to the process for application, as outlined above.  Incomplete applications will not be considered.  The Academy has a policy of non-discrimination for admission.  However, the Academy staff does not include those trained for students with special needs.

New Student Orientation

All new students, including Irma Jones Preschool graduates, must receive instruction through an orientation session with the Principal or designated official.  The date for this session is listed on the school calendar which is enclosed with the registration packet.  Students in Kindergarten through Third Grade may be represented by their parents alone.  Students in grades four and above must attend the session with the parent or guardian.

Scholarships or Grant-in-Aid- All persons wishing to apply for a scholarship must apply at www.factstuitionaid.com in addition to the instructions written below.  

The Academy has very limited scholarship resources. This aid is given on a first come, first served basis and is generally income based.  Parents will need to demonstrate a financial need to the scholarship committee. All that is needed to apply for this aid is a letter requesting scholarship consideration.  The letter should include the amount of aid that is being sought.  The school will contact the parent for further information.  Parents will be notified via letter of any award allocation.

Ohio Educational Choice (EdChoice) Scholarship Program

The Academy participates in the Ohio EdChoice Scholarship Program.  This program is designed to help students who are currently enrolled in or will be assigned by the Public schools to an underperforming school.

Who is Eligible?

  • Students currently enrolled in an eligible school (see below).
  • Students who will go from elementary school to an eligible Middle School (as determined by the Public school district).
  • Students who will enroll in Kindergarten and will be assigned to one of the eligible schools.
  • Students who are in a public community school who would normally go to one of the eligible schools.

a. Annual Tuition
b. Books 
c. Lunch:  Includes milk 
d. Registration Fee (paid with application, but will be applied to tuition)

To start the application process please print ALL of the forms below that are applicable.  Please fill out all of the forms in their entirety and  include a copy of all paperwork requested directly to the main office with the $100.00 application fee.   Incomplete applications will NOT be processed.
